Rules, terms and risk

Read this before your first call. It is short on purpose.

18+ and a real risk of loss

Foresight is a wager between players. You can lose your whole stake on any call. Short price moves are close to a coin flip, and the fee means the average player loses a little over time. Only stake SOL you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and do not play where wagering like this is not legal for you. You must be 18 or older.

How a round runs

Each market (SOL, BTC and one trending Solana memecoin) runs rounds of a fixed length: five minutes, one hour or 24 hours for SOL and BTC, one hour or 24 hours for the trending coin. A round opens before its lock time. Until the lock you can call UP or DOWN and stake between 0.01 and 5 SOL from Phantom. After the lock the round is running and takes no calls. At the close the result is read.

A stake counts only if its transaction is confirmed on Solana before the lock. A stake that lands after the lock, or one outside the 0.01 to 5 SOL range, is refunded to the wallet that sent it. Only stakes placed through the Call button carry the round memo; a plain transfer to the pool is not a call.

Prices

SOL and BTC settle on the Pyth SOL/USD and BTC/USD price accounts on Solana mainnet. The trending coin settles on the DexScreener price of one fixed, deep-liquidity pool chosen when the round opens; we only pick coins with at least $300,000 of pool liquidity and do not run five-minute rounds on them. The start price is the latest price the round clock reads at the lock, and the close price the latest it reads at the close. Each must have been published between one minute before and two minutes after that moment, and its publish time is shown on the receipt. If no price that fresh exists, the round is refunded.

Charts on the board use Coinbase one-minute candles for display only. They never decide a round.

Settlement

If the close is above the start, UP wins. If it is below, DOWN wins. Each winner gets back their stake plus a share of the losing pool in proportion to their stake. A 3% fee is taken from the losing pool only; winners never pay a fee on their own stake. Network fees for payouts come out of that fee, not out of your payout.

Everyone is refunded in full when only one side has calls, when the close equals the start exactly, or when a price is missing. Refunds and payouts are sent automatically by the round clock, which runs every 30 seconds.

Proof

Every round has a public receipt page showing both prices with their publish times and sources, both pools, every call with its stake transaction, and every payout transaction. Anything shown there can be checked on Solscan.
